Everyone has heard that you “can’t improve what you don’t measure,” but what are those measurements telling you? In this session, we will take the mystery and even some of the anxiety about using Excel to disaggregate even your most basic classroom data. Using a mock set of test results, you will create a sample pivot table. You are also encouraged to bring any data set you may have to review and discuss ways to turn that information into the picture you know it tells. To best participate, be sure to bring your charged laptop along!
