It is often said that we are preparing students for jobs that do not yet exist. Whether students’ post-secondary plans include entrepreneurship, enlistment, employment, or further education, while we may not know the exact jobs they may hold, we do have insight into the skills, attributes, and content knowledge they will need to be successful. In this session, we will discuss the workforce trends and the educational technology trends in response as well as what they mean for student learning experiences.
