Implementing a successful CSIP is a school community effort! During this session school leadership teams will be guided through the CSIP process with a focus on the important roles of the leadership team in ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the plan. We will discuss shared leadership and the impact of collective efficacy in implementing the CSIP. Participants are encouraged to bring their current schools CSIP with them.
